It is the City of Leawood's policy that Homeowner Associations are allowed to post their Articles, By-Laws, Declarations of Restrictions or amendments thereto, directories [though the City would encourage the Association to ensure that members consent to the release of such information] and newsletters on a semi-annual basis. This provides residents with easy access to Association information. The City of Leawood does not check or warrant the accuracy of information contained in the newsletters and individuals are encouraged to contact Associations directly for the most up-to-date information. No warranty expressed or implied is made regarding the reliability or legality of any information set forth in the newsletters. This policy may change without prior notice.
